Core Functions

1.Conveying and Compacting
The screw steadily pushes the preheated (50-100°C) rubber strips forward.
The screw channel gradually becomes shallower, compressing, degassing, and densifying the rubber compound.
2.Insulation and Temperature Control
The barrel and screw maintain the temperature of the rubber compound, preventing cooling and ensuring fluidity.
External heating (steam/electricity) + shear heat, precise temperature control.
3.Shearing and Homogenization (Limited)
The screw generates moderate shearing, further homogenizing and improving fluidity.
The plasticizing capacity is weaker than that of cold feeding, with stable extrusion as the main focus.
4.Continuous Extrusion Molding
High pressure pushes the rubber compound through the die (mold) to obtain continuous products with a fixed cross-section.
The shape is determined by the die: tire treads, inner tubes, rubber hoses, sealing strips, profile rubber, etc.
5.Integrated Production
In coordination with hot mixing, cooling, cutting, and traction, it forms a continuous production line.
High efficiency, stable dimensions, suitable for large-scale production.
